This week Neil Legend of ChampionFyre joins me for a very candid discussion about some differences in the black and white community that he saw as a young man in preparing kids for adulthood. He asks some very hard-hitting questions leading up to a discussion about at 18 do we just kick the kids out and say "You're an adult figure it out" or do we give educate them and give them a solid foundation and even support as they make the transition into adulthood.
