Jamie Pomeranz is a mixed media artist who has been pushing the boundaries between commercial, fine, and functional art under the name Devils May Care since 2007. Known as a medium hopper, Jamie began her artistic career as a photographer and graphic artist who burst onto the fashion scene with a line of hand screened tee shirts and limited edition belt buckles. Jamie’s fashions were bought by celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, worn on American Idol, and recommended by New York Magazine.
In 2018 Jamie discovered fluid art and began her journey as a creator on social media. Focusing on abstract and intuitive art, Jamie built a following of 100k+ followers across social media platforms after becoming known for creating a unique technique painting roses using alcohol ink and a hair dryer. Most recently Jamie has been experimenting with Epoxy resin and recently released a collection of resin vases using unconventional materials to form the shapes such as leather, bubble wrap and brown paper bags. Jamie’s 2D work can be spotted in online retailers such as Target, Nordstrom Rack, Zulily, Overstock and more.
