Today we have a special guest - my awesome client Kendall! Before Kendall joined my team, she didn't have a super consistent workout routine. She was active in highschool, but stopped everything after graduating. Because of this, she fell off track and was feeling down on herself. In order to try and lose weight, Kendall tried restrictive diets like low carb and only eating 1 meal per day! She developed an unhealthy mindset towards nutrition and had feeling of guilt after eating carbs. Flash forward to now, Kendall lost 15lbs so far ALL WHILE EATING CARBS! Not only that - her mindset and relationship with herself has improved IMMENSELY! Let's talk about her journey!
