Uplift Your Team! There are several ways that you can do this. One, define your goals and make them clear to yourself and those in the group. Two, know the strengths and weaknesses of everyone in the group. And put people in strategic places that will help make sure that your team wins. Three, know everyone’s not perfect. Everyone on the team does not need to rich, smart, or physical fit for the team to work. Don’t just seek out the most successful people in your field to make the group. Four, make sure everybody wins. It doesn’t mean that you have to have a contract. Does not mean you have to give money. But it does mean supporting where you can: engaging in social media content, purchasing a book, sending referrals.
