David Christopher has taught media studies at universities in China and Canada before joining the University of Leicester where he is now a lecturer in Popular Screen Cultures. David's research has covered the ideology and cultural studies of digital cinema, Canadian cinema, anarchist cinema, international science fiction and apocalypse cinema, horror video games and cinema, reception and perception analyses, theatre history, and media studies more broadly.
