Youssef El-Gingihy is a doctor and author, He studied medicine at Oxford University. He is currently working on a book on CIA covert operations. His journalism has been published published widely including The Independent, The Guardian and The New Statesman. Youssef is back to discuss understanding covert operations and some figures like William Harvey and David Atlee Phillips who at the surface can seem like average people but below the surface were involved in some of the most covert acts of the U.S. government.
