This episode discusses the work of the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB) and the impact they had in declassifying doccuments related to the assassination of president Kennedy. The first half with Tim Smith and Thomas Samoluk covers some of Tom's work for the ARRB in retrieving doccuments and communicating with researchers. Then in the second half we are joined by Judge Tunheim to discuss his role and difficulties in directing the (ARRB) and how all of us agree that the files belong to the public and no doccuments should be withheld for any reason 60 years later.
