Vinny is the owner of a food truck in NJ, giving the public some of the best cheese-steaks around enough to where you want to take a picture but its just too good. Starting a food-truck is not really a popular business venture but after going to a convention and seeing it all Vinny decided to start his own truck. What makes him different is the amount of care and interaction he gives to his customers which can be lost when owning a business but being able to connect to each person and bring them into his childhood with food infused with some family recipes its truly an experience.
