Known for his ‘Spurrito’ a fresh spring roll and burrito hybrid, Alex’s food is a true reflection of his love of travel, healthy food, and his unique Asian Australian upbringing - with his mom’s fresh Korean twist in Vietnamese and South East Asian Classics.
