Rachel is an author of "Running for my life" which tells her experience and battle with mental health. Amidst the battle came across a form of therapy in the way of running which changed her life forever. Mental health is a huge issue in today's time with the vast sources of information exposing the world to lots of things. Rachel and I both being an advocate for help in the realm of mental wellness want people to get what they can from our thoughts and experience for the real satisfaction of helping.
