Sanna is a chocolate educator based in Stockholm. She combines chocolate tastings with freelance writing and creating chocolate treats. Her journey in the world of chocolate began as a teenager when she discovered that the origin of cacao impacts the flavor. That’s when she started to learn about chocolate, it’s history and how it ends up in our homes. That developed into making bonbons, cakes, desserts and bean to bar chocolate in her kitchen. Now her passion is to share her knowledge of chocolate, wishing that more people would enjoy chocolate by small scale makers.
