Minnesota is truly on a role, when it comes to electing "the first this" and "the first that", unfortunately it's rarely a good thing, when you consider the policies of the people that are being elected in this cobalt blue State. Not to mention the long-term ramifications of who is being elected here on a more than regular basis.
