Description

As counselors we continue to help others, even as we're experiencing fatigue, exhaustion, and second-hand trauma.  In this episode we share part of our current personal situations along with things to do to keep from burning out in your role as a helper.  This is not another self-care episode.  We hope it's an encouragement to let you know that you're not alone.  Keep going!
