My coaching method
1. Provide my clients with a safe environment what is said in session stays in the session. I take no notes therefore no one else is privy to our conversations.
2. I encourage my clients to be honest and vulnerable if they choose to make a change.
3. I will challenge my clients and lead them to various opportunities that may not see for themselves.
4. Both my client and I will set expectations including the length and time of the sessions as well as the fee.
5. Each session is specifically for YOU the Client and your sessions will be tailored for your needs.
