A pop-up in Atlanta that has been on a relentless quest to delve deep into Caribbean, African, and Afro-American Culture, Tradition, and Cuisine in order to find and experience his own heritage.

Chef Demetrius Brown fell in love with food at an early age and his passion drove him to attend Johnson & Wales University with aspirations of being one of the best chefs in the country. Along the way, he has worked in many acclaimed restaurants in the Atlanta area. In 2020 Demetrius was nominated for the Eaters Young Gun Award for his work as the Executive Chef at The Pinewood in Decatur Ga. Most recently Chef Demetrius has started Heritage, his own Pop-up and Supper Club, which has been his dream child for many years. Growing up in Providence Rhode Island he was surrounded by many different cultures and born into a Trinidadian family.
