We talk about the power of nostalgia, celebrating Honduran cuisine, and the secret behind his drive.

Santelli’s Hospitality & Perquín both stem from the simple love of food. While Santelli’s focuses more on private dining and different cuisines, Perquín is inspired by Honduras and Latin America. Our goal is to share our experiences that take us back to a memorable meal, while also creating a new one for the guests.
