Confidence can be tricky. We can feel confident in one area of our lives and not in other areas. We can remember a time when we used to be confident and struggle with it today. Wherever you land on the confidence scale know that you are not alone. Over your lifetime many people, events and circumstances chip away at your confidence until one day you find yourself wondering where did all your strength and power go?
