Welcome back!
This week I sit down with Sébastien Sasseville. Sébastien holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, he is a TEDx speaker, and has spent the first ten years of his career working for Fortune 500 companies. His biggest strength as a speaker is to build strong connections between the world of sports and business.
Seb was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2002. He vowed that the obstacle would never keep him from living life to the fullest and today his story is a testament to how challenges can be turned into opportunities.
In 2008, Seb reached the Summit of Mount Everest. He then completed 6 Ironmans and the mythical Sahara race. In 2014, he ran across Canada from St. John’s to Vancouver, totalling 7,200 km, or 170 marathons in nine months.
In this amazing conversation we talk about accomplishment, routine, and excellence. If you want to learn more about Seb you can visit his website sebinspire.com or check him out on social media.
Enjoy!
