Welcome back! This week, I am super psyched to share with you my conversation with Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe. She is an expert on resiliency and workplace wellness. She is an award-winning psychology instructor and she specializes in resiliency, navigating stress and change, and personal wellness, and behaviour change.
Robyne is a Senior Educational Developer for the Center for Teaching and Learning at Trent University, and she focuses on providing professional development for the teaching community and cultivating student engagement. All of her work now, in addition to what she is doing at the university, revolves around actually getting out into the community and helping people to build their capacity to be more resilient, help people in incredibly challenging circumstances, and apply the information that she has either developed herself or learnt from others, to make a difference in people's lives.
So I think you're going to really like this conversation. She is totally engaging and thought-provoking. We dig deep into resiliency and the components that you need for resiliency, which is the ability to bounce back and overcome obstacles in your life.
Please enjoy this conversation with Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe!
