Welcome back!
This week I’m really excited to share a chat I had with Dan Pontefract.
Dan is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, best-selling author, and founder of The Pontefract Group, which aims to improve the state of leadership and organizational culture.
He’s written three books: “Open to Think”, “The Purpose Effect”, and “Flat Army”, and his fourth book, “Lead. Care. Win. How to Become a Leader Who Matters” will be published later this year.
Dan has presented at four different TED events and also writes for Forbes and Harvard Business Review. Dan is an adjunct professor at the University of Victoria, Gustavson School of Business, and has garnered more than 20 industry awards over his career.
Dan’s thinking is world class and his ideas of how we can be better leaders in this time of tremendous disruption is important for all of us to hear. Dan gives us a very clear path forwards about what we need to do to navigate the current situation and ensure we’re successful moving forwards after the pandemic.
