Description

Welcome back!

This week we’re interviewing Dr. Marc Mitchell from the University of Western Ontario. Marc is an assistant professor and he is a specialist in behavioural change. He did his PhD at the University of Toronto and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University Health Network. He works in integrative bio-sciences and the psychological basis for kinesiology.

Marc is really interested in studying health incentives and behavioural economics, physical activity promotion, and how you actually change behaviours to get healthier. He's applied that in cardiac rehabilitation and also in e-health, mobile health, and public health interventions.

So if you want to know more about how you actually change your behaviours to get healthier, Marc is your guy. I'm super excited that he agreed to come on the show and share some of his insights with all of us.

Enjoy this conversation all about the science of behaviour change with Dr. Marc Mitchell.
