Welcome back!
Today I have a great interview with Adam Kreek. I was fortunate enough to have Adam come in and do a guest lecture for my class at the University of Toronto a few years ago and I was really excited to catch up with him again.
Adam is a former Olympic rower. He is a three-time World Champion and Olympic gold medalist in Men’s Eight. He also led an expedition to be the first-ever attempt to row across the Atlantic in 2013.
Since his rowing career, Adam has grown into a leadership expert and has focused upon executive leadership and performance. In 2019 he published his first book The Responsibility Ethic: 12 Strategies Exceptional People Use to Do the Work and Make Success Happen. In this conversation, we talk about resilience, mindset, high performance, and his experience in failure and why he values it so much.
Enjoy the conversation!
