Welcome back!
It's been a pretty crazy ride over the past few months. This season was much different than Seasons 1 and 2, as the majority of it was during the COVID-19 pandemic. I aim to deliver the latest and most relevant science, research, and insight from the top performers to help you boost your performance and reach your potential. During these difficult times I feel that my role is important now more than ever to help you do that. I hope that this podcast has helped you and that we will continue to grow and learn from each other, so we can be the best versions of ourselves and try and make this world a better place.
In the spirit of rest and recovery, we're going to take the month of August off to reset and recharge so we can come back refreshed and able to uplevel our performance. We want to make Season 4 even better and deliver the best possible information we can to you, our amazing and dedicated listeners.
Before we do that, I'd like to do a quick summary of Season 3, discuss what the important take aways were, and how we can take these learnings to move forward.
