They embarked on this journey to turn modern and classical recipes into vegan/plant-based dishes. Three years ago starting in Bedstuy, Brooklyn, they wanted to bring their coffee shop operations to Long Beach!

Like many great entrepreneurs, Martina and her brother believed they could bring together the worlds of vegan/plant-based and Italian classical recipes. They both are originally from Sicily, Italy, and have loved to bring these two cultures of food together.
