In this episode, you’ll hear Kyle's story of how his love for theatre opened up his doors to real estate.
Like many great entrepreneurs, Kyle took advantage of the pandemic and used it as an opportunity to look into his real estate license as well as an offer to buy a theater. He believed the city of Long Beach appreciated the arts a ton, but was lacking in the department of acting and theatre.
Over the last few years, he and his crew have set up plays for a large variety of famous shows/movies. The fulfillment that is received when putting together an amazing show is unlike any other is how he describes it. It is more than bringing kids together to put on a show but teaching them public speaking and confidence skills that will translate to the real world.
