Sriram enables organisations and individuals articulate and sustain changes to realise meaningful goals.
For close to 25 years sriram has been pursing this purpose by designing interventions that address various organizational, business and people challenges.
This included tenures as a professional Manager at Asian Paints and as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates and Ernst & Young for 13 years.
He continues to pursue this purpose at Aventus Partners a firm that he co –founded in 2007.
Sriram has a bachelor’s degree in law from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and secured gold medals in both these institutions.
Sriram believes unmanaged conflicts are value destroyers and enables his clients proactively address potential conflicts at the ownership level and intervenes to resolve them when they escalate.
