On this weeks episode we have Shane Finn. In 2010 Shane ran his first marathon, since then he has ran 12 marathons in 12 days, 24 marathons in 24day and cycled & ran across the USA in 36 days. We discuss how it all started for him and how he mentally and physically prepared for these events.
