Description

Chris Hemmings is a coach and psychotherapist who works exclusively with male clients. After a decade of working as a journalist at the BBC, Chris began to run a programme around healthy masculinity and men's emotional well-being. He runs a business called M-Path which goes into workplaces and schools to challenge, educate and support men and boys to hold difficult conversations and to create empathetic environments for themselves.

During their discussion, Serenity in Leadership CEO Thom Dennis and Chris discuss why using the phrase 'toxic masculinity' isn't helpful, why Andrew Tate is not the problem (but rather the symptom), why we need to create spaces for men, and the problem with men feeling as though they have to be more feminine to be accepted today.
