Joel Frieders is a 39-year-old Scorpio, who likes long walks on the beach and fluffy white pillows, and is the author of self-published books Mind Your Christmas, This Call May Be Recorded, and This Call May Be Recorded Too. He is also a small scale beekeeper and owner of Aurora Bee Company, co-owner of ELEMY, LLC a marketing and development company, co-owner of The Compounder Pharmacy, and a second term alderman in the United City of Yorkville, Illinois. In addition to being a doting husband to Julie, a proud father of Dylan, Leah, and Mason, a recovering musician, he has also spent the last two years advocating for suicide prevention across the country as the Founder of the National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month Proclamation Project.
