People who try to bring you down has nothing to do with you, but all to do with them. Yet we can spend a lot of time contemplating what we should do about it. It distracts us from our path. Today I discuss the path I've experienced since I was a young boy through to an incident just this week and how your health and fitness has such an incredible impact in blocking the rubbish and staying focused on what is important to us in growing, contributing, building incredibly powerful and supportive relationships and being the best versions of ourselves.
