Description

Do you live your life in a state of discomfort and deliberately make yourself uncomfortable each day, or does the thought of this make your uncomfortable!  If you're always living in the place of "comfort" I refer to that as medicority.  You're not pushing and striving to make a difference to yourself and others around you.  You're not constantly finding ways to improve yourself.  Just like doing the workout that doesn't cause any discomfort.  Keep doing that and you get NO results.  We want high performance and outstanding results.  That means placing ourselves in a state of being uncomfortable.... all the time.  Have you got what it takes?
