Today history was made with the world record of a marathon being completed in under 2 hours.  Just like many believed in the 1950's that breaking a 4 minute mile was not humanly possible, many thought the same thing about running 42.2kms in under 120 minutes.  Putting that into perspective, it's running, on average, 100m in 17 seconds and maintaining that for the length of the marathon.  Congratulations Kenyan runner Eliud Kipchoge breaking the record today with 20 seconds to spare!  The human body is incredible, what potential have you not yet unlocked?
