I hear excuses every day as to why people "can't" exercise right now. Too hot, too cold, too dark, too wet, too dry, too tired, too busy, too early, too late, can't afford it, not sure the best time to train, too expensive, too crowded, not enough people, too lazy, not motivated, not inspired, feeling sick, partner is sick, kids are sick, someone you know is sick!!!
