Description

People often ask me how I've been able to maintain my lifestyle and training regime for so long.  The answer is easy.  I find what I love to do and keep tweaking and perfecting it.  But the reality is, I haven't always "loved" what I've been doing  for my own health and fitness.  Today I discuss what my biggest challenges have been in the past and how I overcame them to turn "hates" into daily habits that I can't wait to start.
