How often do you hear "you shouldn't eat carbs" or "I don't eat carbs"? This is a problem. Carbohydrates are an essential component of our macronutrients which we should be consuming daily. People jump on diets looking for some panacea of miracle cure and often restrict, or eliminate, complex carbohydrates. I'm here to tell you that I fundamentally disagree with this approach and today's podacst explodes the myth on carbs.
