Description

As a first for our RobbEvans365 Podcast, today you walk through with my 5am Saturday workout as I complete my final exercise for my intense leg workout.  The last exercise I perofrm for my legs is lunges.  My legs are already spent, they're hurting, I'm tired.  It's the final piece of work I need to do and the work I'm least wanting to do.  But guess what - the most painful repetitions are where ALL the gains are to be made.  Hear how I talk to myself to push through the pain barrier and connect each repetition to my vision.
