HAPPY NEW YEAR!!  Of course this is the time of the year when people start to make those New Year's resolutions.  Unfortunately by February, they're forgotten by most and keep being put into that "tomorrow" to do basket.  I hope that YOUR health and fitness improvement isn't starting today.  Why?  Because by now you should have a whole bunch of momentum which has catapulted you into 2020.



BUT.... if this is the start of something new for you then welcome and congratulations.  Today I want you to change just one thing!
