Description

Over the past two years I've identified 4 weaknesses that have hampered my success in achieving my health and fitness goals.  Today I reflect on what those weaknesses were and how I have identified clear strategies to now make them strengths in my arsenal to success.  What's interesting is, as focused as I am and have been, for the past 31 years, I realised I'd been playing too small for probably 10 years+.  What's exciting is I've never been more focused.  Listen in to hear how you can use these same strategies to unleash the beast within!
