Most people answering this question would likely answer a resounding "YES!" But is that really the case? You may think that you're coachable, but do your past interactions, performances, relationships and results truly reflect that you are? The reality for many people is that they don't like to be told what to do and will never be wrong (in their mind). Call it pride, stubborness or stupidity - some people are just not willing to be coachable. They want better results but want to do it their way - that's right, the way that hasn't been working forever for them!!! The energy drainers that are not open to trying a new way of thinking. Guess what - those that aren't coachable usually don't change.... EVER!
