If you were told that you can't exercise, how much of a craving would you have to exercise? It is interesting to see the number of people out walking or riding their bikes at the moment during the shutdown crisis. Not from the perspective of they should be indoors, because we are still allowed to get outdoors for exercise each day and then return home. But moreso because people are spending so much time on their devices and in front of TVs in their own homes that they feel the need to get out. Is it because people have more time on their hands? Is it because they're bored? Is it because all the gyms are closed? I think it's great to see and it feels like we have stepped back in time to an era when TV was less of a focus in our households and physical activity was prominent.
