In Australia we are about to hit our Winter which brings with it a temptation to become seasonally health and fitness focused. What I mean is someone that hibernates for the Winter season with their exercise and becoming less focused on nourishing your body with healthy and nutritious foods, only to come out of hibernation when the weather becomes sunny and warm. Sound familiar?
But how is this Winter for Aussies going to be different to others? This year we are dealing with covid-19 as well. Will that mean going deeper into hibernation?
