Coming in at #9 in my power rankings for the 2021 MLB season is the Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays came up just short in the 2020 World Series and look poised to be a threat once again in 2021. They are going to be without two of the best starting pitchers this year, and everyone will be interested to see how they adjust. The lineup is lead by some young studs, and could be better than people think. The bullpen is going to be just as good as it always is. Will all this be enough to win the East?
