With new equipment and a better setup for video I am rehashing this story on Robert Clemente. His new is legendary, but who was he? For many baseball fans my age we don't really know the story about the man. I hope that this series changes that.
In part 1 I will talk about the early years of Clemente, and about the ball player that inspired him. Monte Irvin is probably the best player you never heard of, and is a strong influence of Clemente when it comes to the game of baseball.
I hope you enjoy this story, and I also hope to receive a lot of feedback as to how I can make these stories better.
