The fourth pillar of healing is spiritual healing.
This is not about religion (but can be if you want), it is about a connection to a higher power, something bigger than your physical body. Different people call it different names, it can be your higher self, inner wisdom, intuition, spirit, the universe or the Divine, whatever is right for you.
There are many ways to connect to a higher power and I will walk you through some of them, including a mini-meditation to help you to connect.
