I spoke with longtime wine writer Mike Dunne about his new book "The Signature Wines of Superior California - 50 wines that define the Sierra Foothills, the Delta, Yolo and Lodi" Mike was a writer for the Sac Bee newspaper and has covered these regions since the 1970's. His book gives wonderful history and background about the regions and 50 wines that he feels tell the story of this sometimes overlooked area, we also discuss some of the changes he's seen over the years.
