Leasing and farming many of their vineyard sources and using a very light touch in the winery, only adding some sulfer. Both graduated from UC Davis and we talk about that as well as how they find vineyards, working in France, some unusual techniques for less extracted wines, their new winery and how they pass on some of the knowledge they have gained.
