In chapter 24, Paul stands before Governor Felix. After both sides plead their case, Felix decides that he will not come to a conclusion. In the meantime, Paul is placed in prison until a decision is made. It just so happens to last over two years long. Which begs the question......when going through storms in life, where do you turn?
