 In this episode I will discuss our eating habits and how it effects our health, our thoughts, our overall being. It is pretty much confirmed that we must BREAK our generational habits in order to live longer and live healthier. What you put in is what you will put out; just like the old saying  "You reap what you sow". That most definitely applies to what we put in our bodies. We can't have an righteous outcome if our input/fuel is unclean.
