I am grateful for the power of being obedient...turns out that that little voice you sometimes hear is your heart, and what is your heart; love and Love is God. You just have to learn to listen closely and I guarantee instantaneous BLESSINGS will occur. 

When managing anxiety remember it is a process and it is okay if you are not completely okay tomorrow, remember you can do it! 

Steps to remember...

1. Be aware - notice your negative actions and thoughts 

2. Challenge & Change - stop self-defeating thoughts and actions

3. Develop Positive Habits - build habits that improve your mood
