Julien Carraggi, a 21 year old MS player from Belgium is our featured guest on this episode. He's been as high as 175 in the world in Men's Singles and he talks about the importance of a 'self-improvement mindset' as he develops himself as a badminton player.
Given the journey he has been on so far, this episode shares his experiences from when he was younger and how badminton also allows him to fulfil his fascination in arts and the outdoors.
